The consequence is that metering and sequencing activities need to be shared between several ATS units and will start in the En-Route phase when flights are cruising. The Arrival Information Management Service is derived from SESAR Solution pack -Extended Arrival Management (AMAN) Horizon [1]. Two main recipients for Arrival Sequence information are addressed:\n- A stakeholder ATSU controlling a flight to the TMA in view of the AMAN implementation;\n- A satellite airport which is a “nearby” airport having a departing flight to the concerned destination airport."
