Definition
The service shall offer meteorological information in accordance with ICAO Annex 3. The service shall offer meteorological information in accordance with the rules of latest applicable version of IWXXM. Note: the latest applicable version of IWXXM (IWXXM 2023-1) contains the METAR/SPECI schema version 3.1.0.
