The service shall offer meteorological information in accordance with ICAO Annex 3. The service shall offer meteorological information in accordance with the rules of latest applicable version of IWXXM. Note: the latest applicable version of IWXXM (IWXXM 2023-1) contains the SIGMET schema version 4.0.1.
