The direction des Services de la navigation aérienne (DSNA) is the agency in charge of air traffic control, communication and information for France. It is a part of the Ministry of Sustainable Development and was created by decree in February 2005.

ENAIRE is the leading air navigation and aeronautical information service provider in Spain. ENAIRE is the fourth most important European air traffic manager and is in a clear commitment to the Single Sky initiative. The company manages the Spanish airspace over a territory of 2.19 MN square kilometres. and provides air traffic services to 2.1 million flights to and from four continents (Europe, America, Asia and Africa), carrying 300 million passengers each year.
DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH is responsible for air traffic control in Germany and is headquartered in the town of Langen close to Frankfurt. It is a company organised under private law and 100% owned by the Federal Republic of Germany. DFS, which was officially founded in October 1992, is the successor of the Federal Institute of Air Navigation Services (BFS), a government authority, since 1 January 1993. The German Constitution and the German Aviation Act (LuftVG) had to be amended by the Bundestag to make this possible.
